Services

Sudden Exposure Studios provides photography and video services including but not limited to commercial, architectural, product, fashion, food, wedding, engagement, and motion projects. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and may require a deposit. Final delivery timelines and coverage details are outlined per project or package. All prices are subject to applicable taxes including HST unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in individual contracts or package agreements. Deposits may be non refundable depending on notice period and project scope.

Intellectual Property

All images and video content created by Sudden Exposure Studios remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Usage rights granted to clients are outlined per contract. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining necessary permissions for locations or subjects, and ensuring cooperation during scheduled sessions. Sudden Exposure Studios is not responsible for compromised results due to factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Sudden Exposure Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
